Soft washing removes the same growth without touching a single granule, and restores the original color to your shingles — bringing your roof back to its former glory. Results last three to five times longer than pressure washing because the cleaning agents kill the biological growth at the root rather than just blasting the surface.

A standard single-story home typically takes between 45 minutes and an hour and a half. A two-story home with larger linear footage or heavier debris usually runs two to three hours. The main variables are the size of your home, how accessible your roofline is, and how long it's been since the gutters were last cleaned. Heavy, compacted debris, leaf litter, and sediment from multiple seasons takes longer to work through than a routine annual cleaning.
