Gutter cleaning means physically removing all debris by hand and with tools before flushing. Flushing alone just pushes loose material deeper into downspouts and creates blockages at the elbow joints. Most single-story homes take 1–2 hours. Two-story homes or homes with extensive tree coverage typically take 2–3 hours. We do not rush. A gutter cleaning done in 30 minutes is almost certainly not thorough.
